That means we have at least one pack member on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all 365 days of the year. That allows you the flexibility to drop your pupper off in an emergency, secure in the knowledge that a trained professional is on hand and ready to attend to their every need.
We’re the only dog resort in Naples to feature a permanent natural gas-fired emergency generator on-site, allowing us to power our entire facility even when the power’s been knocked out by high winds. That ensures that your pup is in a fully air-conditioned, well-lit, clean facility at all times.
