Hello friends, furry and otherwise! One thing is certain now that we’ve been open a whole month. Whoever said time flies when you’re having fun was smarter than a Border Collie.

I can’t tell you how wonderful it’s been to meet so many new pups and their owners. After dreaming, planning and prepping for so long, I love to stand back and take it all in (when I can). The smiles and wagging tails. The chasing and splashing. And definitely the hugs and kisses!

Seeing Pampered Pet Resorts being fully enjoyed is amazing. In many ways, it’s exactly what I expected. After all, our every step has been methodical in order to provide guests with the best daycare and boarding experiences imaginable. With that being said, there’s been one big surprise.

The dedication of the staff (AKA The Pampered Pack) has been greater than anything I could have asked for. I knew the management team was ready to hit the ground running from the beginning. But then, everyone else who joined us has been a pure blessing. Every day, they walk through the doors with huge smiles, completely present for our guests and ready to navigate absolutely anything.

Finding such like-minded individuals and watching them become a family has taken my breath away. So thank you Priscilla, Kelsey, Juan, Sam and Kendra from the bottom of my heart. Speaking of breath, it’s time to catch it and get back to those wiggly reasons we’re all here in the first place!
