Customer Service Manager
Jessie has worked with animals for over 13 years, entering the pet boarding industry about 3 years ago. Her experience at the Humane Society back home included general care, training, rehab, temperament testing, medication administration and more. Seeking a new opportunity in the industry, she jumped at the chance to join the Pampered Pack and be part of the Pampered Pet Resorts family. As Customer Service Manager, she oversees adding and onboarding clients, making sure all check-in details are accurate and addressing any questions or issues clients may have. Outside of work, she rescues dogs whenever she can. She enjoys spending time with her son, taking her dog on walks and reading.
Kennel Manager
Jak has worked in the pet boarding industry for the past 2 years, with an additional 6 years of experience in private pet care and rescue work. As General Manager, she oversees all kennel operations, delivering world-class care for our furry guests. This includes hiring and training a dedicated kennel staff, designing and overseeing group play scheduling, ensuring proper grooming, feeding and medication administration, and maintaining an exemplary standard of cleanliness. When she is not taking care of our guests, she’s doing the same for her own 7 pups. She also enjoys traveling, baking, painting and video games.
