At Pampered Pet Resorts, we’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. Even better? We always have pack members on-site and maintain a staff-to-dog ratio of 1:15, so we’re ready to safely monitor your puppy’s play and rest.

The other two facilities are open during usual business hours all week long, with staff going home when they’re closed. We always have a pack member awake and working 24/7.

Our High-Tech Facility

Only our entire facility is climate-controlled, featuring a HEPA air filtration system that captures 99.6% of airborne particulates and introduces 100% fresh air every 20 minutes. Their facilities are climate-controlled, as you expect in Southwest Florida.

When the pups aren’t romping in our splash pad or play yards, they’re chilling out in one of the six suite options we offer. The other facilities offer multiple play yards and a small water pool but present a more limited number of suites.

Our Commitment to Safety

As you would expect from a professional pet facility, Camp Bow Wow’s team is Pet CPR and First Aid certified. However, we take the extra precautions to fully train our team in FEMA’s Animals in Disaster: Awareness and Preparedness course. That means that when your pup is in our care, they’re in the safest of hands.

Unlike other facilities, we make sure that a pack member monitors all play groups. We’re also unique in that we separate pups by both size and play style, since that allows every guest to romp in a safe and fun environment. 

Pampered Pet Resorts is the only Naples dog resort that has a permanently installed natural gas fired emergency generator, ensuring that we can fully power our facility in the event of a power outage. While the other facilities have similar generators reserved, there’s potential for some delay in them getting powered back up. At our pet resort, you don’t ever need to worry that your pup will be without conditioned air, lights, or clean linens.
